So this was the first gala I had after being sick and well in 2015 and I’m glad that I got to spend it with my mother.
These photos were taken just outside our house before we went to paseo.
We went to a cafe in Paseo de Sta. Rosa named Cafe Breton
This has been our special date place since 2009 and I really missed bonding with my mom because It’s been a long time since we were able to spend some alone time with each other.
We already have our usuals here and one of the waiters here actually know us and our orders already but he wasn’t present at that time. Anyways, here’s what we ordered:
1. Mozzarella Burger
– this Mozzarella burger is my all-time favebecause I love how it has a big patty that oozes with mozzarella cheese in almost every bite and some lettuce and mushrooms to complete it. It also comes with a side salad.
1. Cafe Latte
– My mom loves coffee and this is the one she always orders here.
2. Chicken Run
– The chicken run is composed of a bread on the bottom, slices of chicken, topped of with some veggies and a white sauce. This tasted so good and feels so healthy because
of it’s white meat. This also comes with a
And for the both of us
The La Pinay!!
– the La Pinay is a crepe filled with mangoes and chocolate syrup topped off with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, and some more chocolate syrup. This is like the queen of all crepes.
After eating, we just spent our time bonding and talking (lots and lots haha) and it really was an enjoyable time because it’s been long since we spent time with just us on a date.
Oh I made carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting!
and Family pictures (*Insert Mom and Dad*)
My lolo and lola
but of course, let’s not forgot the real reason for Christmas. There’s more to this celebration than just gifts and food because we celebrate Christmas to remember the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Thank you Lord for all of the blessings this year. A Merry Christmas indeed!
